I’m 72 and do the gym most days..little depression and anxiety and sleep better..serious depression requires professional help but exercise does lift mood for me

I've used both. I prefer gas. It's cleaner and quicker imo. I have cooked meat on gas grills that people swore I cooked it with charcoal. You just have to know how to use those wood chips to produce more flavor. Applewood is my favorite

3 million views on a video that is so full of mistakes. Don’t oil it. Don’t cook on gas. Don’t spray aerosol on open fire. Don’t overcook your steak like this guy. Don’t put butter on it. Don’t cover it while it’s resting unless you like soggy meat. 600° + on coals. Two minutes per side or so for proper Mailliard effect and doneness, depending on leave-in thermometer verification.
