Great video. Could you explain how you figured out that the pump was bad?I have one machine, and when I press the coffee button, it comes hot water through the nozzle.
@MilanGajicBuva

Hi. The pump was making a ringing noise due to the valve spring being broken and there was barely any water coming out.

Hi thanks for the great video, I have a problem with the same machine apparently some areas got wet, I plugged in the grinder started running regardless of the control and I heard a boom and the machine turned off. So I unloaded the whole machine and dried everything, turned it back on, now the machine just doesn't respond and doesn't turn on. Could the problem be a blown fuse? How do I get to it and how do I replace ? Thank you
@MilanGajicBuva
@MilanGajicBuva 9 ай бұрын
Hi, i am not an expert so I can not give you the exact information you ask. However if you heard a boom and a fuse is blown you should probably NOT just replace the fuse. It is not the fuse that is broken, but something else, the fuse is just there to prevent further damage.

Thank you. I did my best, it was for my kid, but i’m only so-so good at practical 3d modelling. I’m sure it could be made much prettier. It has plenty of power, but traction with pla wheels is a problem for inclines. Originally it had grooved wheels that tok rubber tires, but those had s much friction that they would not stay in the grooves and drove right over everything in their path. I’m sure with right fliction (relly thin tyres maybe) it would wortk much better.
@AleksandrIvin
@AleksandrIvin Жыл бұрын
@@MilanGajicBuva Thank you for sharing expirience :) I also faced the same problem with wheels. I tried to make tirs with silicon hermetic from buiding supermarket. At this moment, my idea is the front whhels shoud be plastic for better follow the track. And the back wheels should have silicon tires. If you would like to see my trials, welcome to my short videos :))
@MilanGajicBuva
@MilanGajicBuva Жыл бұрын
@@AleksandrIvin yes, front wheels should definately be plastic and loosely screwed on so they can wobble a bit. Forback wheelsi used 3-4mm silicon sealing rings as well, but they were too sticky. Just plain rubber rings, 2mm could be better, but I never tried it. I’ll look up your videos.

Different noise while grinding or while making coffee ? … im guessing while grinding. grinders should last a long time. Maybe the beans are not getting to the grinder? Is the beans hopper moving around and letting beans down to the grinder?

Hi, I am looking for the ULKA Model E Type EX5 but the one that you install in your video is "metal and red" while the one that you mention is "metal and gray"... while searching for a red model, it seems to be a 24 volt while the model that you mentioned is a 120v .. could you, please, confirm the voltage of the pump? thanks, your video is very useful
@MilanGajicBuva
@MilanGajicBuva 2 жыл бұрын
As you can see from the picture at the very beginning of the video, my replacement looked different than the original, but it is a ex5 230v model. I am sure there will be different voltages available, just take look at the specs on the original pump and get one with the same operating voltage .
