Im 42 and im just starting to see a psychologist. Alot of black people especially the Young folks need to go see a psychiatrist.We as a people have alot of "family secrets" that have happened to us and we need to go get help.Its nothing wrong with going to seeking help for your issues,and black people gotta stop making it seem like its wrong to go seek help.Its nothing wrong with wanted a better life.Gow bless everyone
