Everthing is perfact...but miscalculated the improvement part....no assumption considered...we take historical data mean(average) improvement, taking out outlier value...hope i am able to make u understand☺️

@BPOInterviewTutorials I am saying that the decimal number of improvement you have taken by assumption, is not the way we take. We get it by calculating the mean of the historical performance improvement data or percentage of a decided period (you can decide the period), rest all calculation and concept are fine...

@@BPOInterviewTutorials Last part especially and also when you are freezing with F4, last part seems to be hit and trial type, this is not a criticism but a viewer's opinion, you shouldnt draw/come up with something then pause and try to find out a fix as viewers finds difficulties with such pauses.

Sir, there is a term, the name is occupancy... Do you expect to work an employee on 100% occupancy ? For the right calculation you should consider the occupancy as well..
