Sony Pictures Classics is distributing I’m Still Here, not MUBI. It’s their biggest international contender and could potentially be their biggest push if The Room next door somehow flops. It’s going to Venice, TIFF and NYFF. At this point I think it will just get in and depending on the reception, it could pull off Best Actress for Fernanda Torres, Adapted Screenplay and an outside shot at Best Picture. I would go further and say that it’s the frontrunner for International Feature cause I think Mexico can’t submit Emilia Perez as it is a completely french production and I don’t think France will submit it either because the movie is completely in english and spanish.

Jeremy Strong has gotten a ton of praise for The Apprentice, it makes no sense to predict only Sebastian and not him, especially as multiple reviewers thought Strong was the best thing about the movie.

How do you have The Apprentice in every possible category but no Jeremy Strong?! Unless the movie is a flop, he's sure to get nominated. The movie hinges on his performance probably even more than on Sebastian Stan's, he's a better actor than Stan and Bakalova, and his character is the most interesting one.

LMAO No, The Apprentice is not about Donald and Melania Trump, There's no Melania Trump in the movie. It's about young Donald Trump in the 1970s and 1980s and his relationship with Roy Cohn, played by Jeremy Strong, and how he taught and influenced Trump, his "apprentice". Maria Bakalova plays Ivana Trump, Trump's first wife, whom he married/was married at the time.
