After I used this, I kept having dreams, and the dreams were like reality. It was like I turned into someone else and could make any decisions in the dream, but I felt like I had turned into myself in other time and space. In the dream, I had his memory as if I was him and the technological level of that dream was definitely that of the future world.

Get comfortable and relax. Create an imaginary lockbox in your mind and visualize storing ALL of your problems and concerns into it and lock the box for now. Relax deeper, every part of your body one section at a time. Next state to yourself your goal of this experience and confirm that you are more than your physical body. Using your voice, hum or vocally sync to the frequency for a bit(very important until you are more experienced)! Then you enter deeper meditation. You can visualize/create a spiraling energy field around your body(coming from the crown of your head, twisting around your entire body and going into The bottom of your feet) to protect you from any negative energy that you may encounter. Be willing to accept/interact with any energy or knowledge that is equal or greater than your own. Create an imaginary visual que(a number or symbol) that will enter you into this state whenever you wish. When you are done remember to take your things back out of the box (you can address and face them in your trip to overcome them if desired). Using these techniques and with some patience and practice you will experience some intense and amazing experiences and personal growth.

This sound scares me. I feel like there will be scary things as soon as I open my eyes. When I have other imaginations and start to fall into dreams or lose concentration, the sound makes me panic even more. But after the music is turned off, my body becomes very comfortable.

Good stuff. I was meditating blindfolded with headphones on, like a lucid dream, I was attempting to turn the darkness into a real visual. I had a couple instances but it would fade Back to eyelid black while my conscience was thinking of getting excited but trying to focus on the visual. At one point I had Crystal Clear flash of what appeared to be like a gas station convenience store near the beach. Nothing happened it's just visualize surfing and looking towards the beach from the ocean common all of a sudden it's like whoa there's a gas station what the heck. Absolutely crazy. I've had a few lucid dreams but it's been over 10 years since the last one. I can honestly say I know what it's like to wake up in the morning and slip back into a dream along with my Consciousness fully aware that I'm laying down in bed. The excitement and sometimes fear would kick me out and when I would go back in they always started at the exact same point and by the last time always lasted the longest and then it was like I was too awake to try and keep going. Fascinating what we don't know, and terrifying what has been hidden from us. I personally believe the fluoridated water and the standard tuning change to 440 we're both intended to stop us from having extra knowledge
