It's a junk product from a junk company with zero support. They do not respond to emails. My screen keeps randomly clicking (phantom touches) and moving around as a result I cannot use it for anything, cannot even control it from any other device as the Phantom touch takes the remote control away and stops, skips music / alter volume control, etc. Its like its possessed with a ghost! Never buy anything from this company!

No, after comunication with olive team I should send it to their factory in Asia, repair should cost about 150EUR. So I decided to control it via android app. I tried to replace display but it wasnt solution:( One year I hoped some of many upgrades will solve it. It was my mistake, I lost warranty in this year. Unfortunatlly you cańt upgrade firmware (there is only software upgrade)
