35.5hp and 5.3 0-60 or 4.7 0-60mph is very unlikely. I doubt your makes what you think it does. My 2fast 100 has been together for two days and it's already going 3.92 0-60mph.

My 1987 jog with a 77cc vertical minarelli Athena hyper race does 0-60mph(0-96.8kmh) in 5.44sec and its not even dialed in perfect....5.3sec for a 100cc seems slow.
