I had same issue. I turned off then turn on and keep holding power buttom until it says pairing mode. Paired just fine afterwards. Didnt ask me for code either. I also have new s24 galaxy

I think i found a way to reset them hold to power them off then hold to power on into paring mode then click rapidly on the power button it will show red and blue after a while they should be reset

With the headphones off hold power and plus "top button" at same time when it turns on the light should be blinking really fast then it should pair without a pin. It took me hours to figure it out

Sorry, but when I turn it on the devices do not recognize it unless I press and hold the 2 buttons (volume up and down) and it turns a solid blue light, but it asks me for pin ... I tried 1234 and 000 but it is not. ..and I never pinned it

You just have to hold the power button for 5 seconds when turning them on and they'll let you know that they're pairing.

Well the ear buds do work but they just need to stay blue and the go to the settings and you'll see it and that's all I have to say

When they are off try holding down the power button for 7 seconds then it will start to flash really fast and release
