@@YourLocalTrashPandaXOXOI think it is more of a case of instant death or a scenario that is practically your last hope of a client or it’s instant death for them. But I could be wrong. I was very disappointed and confused about the same thing too, but then it got me thinking. The Twilight phenomenon has a huge craving for the fear, agony, and suffering. Since all three clients had feelings of fear, agony, or suffering of its arriving appearance, they were already in danger of being consumed by it. So I guess them calling you about it was the only chance they get of survival. You’re basically their only hope when you put it that way. And then if you answer wrong, they probably don’t call back because the Twilight had already killed them during its presence. That is also why in the solution entry, it is advised to spread as much cheer as possible through the present days in order to survive the true dangers of the phenomenon. If you guess those three client’s concerns about The Twilight correctly, they should still survive from it. You can also relate this to the “Christmas Is Ruined” ending of the game. With all the Cheer Levels at critical levels, Carol says “enjoy your last few moments on Earth”. You can see everybody being terrified by the Twilight presence, and then boom. Everything’s gone. I’ll let you finish the rest. Hopefully all of this made sense. Don’t take this too seriously though because all of this could be 100% wrong. This is just from my understanding and I could have left some details out. But hopefully this made sense to you in some cases.

⁠@@YourLocalTrashPandaXOXOI know I am super late to this, but you can’t really call back if you get consumed. The Twilight callers were already showing expressions of agony and fear of the lights, which is a danger to getting consumed by it since it eats everything that are showing high emotions of those including underneath the soil. Which explains why once you let your cheer levels get to 0% and Carol calls back to tell you to enjoy your last few moments on Earth. With all citizens in panic mode (Twilight callers), distress (Janet, The Yule Goat Guy, and Georgia), traumatized (Dorothy, The Ogress Girl, and The Lussi Woman), and terror (The Mouse King Guy, The Saint and Sinner Victims, and the Perchta Guy) will have a devastating fatality. I was also just naming off examples from the callers to give more context. Hopefully this all makes sense.

Honestly, even IF you help them, many are probably screwed either way. Geoffry is trapped in a small zombie invasion. Stella's baby still gets squished/eaten by the active oggress, and Ray will forever need therapy for his newfound Capraphobia (fear of goats).

But when you fail, he calls you and sounds like he’s dying or something (I couldn’t tell). So if you answer his correctly, does he get out of the sugar wisps control? Or is he stuck with them forever??

@@NothingPerson44 I'd say you just call an ambulance. the correct reply is just for the papers. Even with normal addicts, or, more fitting, anorexic patients, you first make sure they're in stable condition before fixing anything. If you fail, you fail you call an ambulance and he passes
