In Japan yes, most of the hotels have English speaking staff. English is spoken a lot less in China but its part of the fun, everyone is still trying to help

@@YoLaaa-o8r fuckin amazing man, best time of my life, so many amazing people met, unforgettable nights and forgettable 😂 friends for life. The best thing I did for myself, I plan on moving there now after I’m done my time here in the military, once you go solo it opens a door gave me the travelling bug, even went to Vietnam and Malaysia for a bit. Highly recommend my friend.

Listen... I work a Nursing Assistant for a Geratric ward. The best advice I got from an elderly patient was "If your legs are still working, then use them! Travel all over the globe as much as you can. One day when you're old like me and your legs are no longer what they used to be- its the memories of your travel that will keep you going, whilst you lay here in a hospital bed and you wont regret a thing". Following that....and ofcourse watching this video. Booked Thailand for Feb (no hotel booking)....gonna arrive and go with the flow. So, just do it.

I went around the same kinda time, March April and it comes and goes very quickly, rain doesn't last very long and lots of sunshine as you can see

Yeah you should have at least the PADI Open Water course or enroll in a Discover Scuba Dive but this is really restrictive as to where you can go and what you can see

I just did a solo trip around Thailand for 21 days. Got back home 2 days ago. Honestly, if it wasn't for a friend I met on my second day there, it would have been very lonely. Thailand is beautiful and has definite pros but also has some cons. Overall 7/10 trip.

Land in bkk or Phuket. Then go to phuket. Then go to Krabi. Then go to phi phi islands. Then go to Koh Samui and Koh phangan if you have time. I was there for 3 weeks and just got back. I also went solo. Solo travelling has pros and cons lol so make sure you're ok with being alone for extended periods of time.
