Today was my first time bleeding it shot out a tad and ran down my arm (deltoid) i use a 23g 1 inch... should i worry ? No pain or nothing i cleaned up and moved on. I never aspirate. Should i get a smaller needle and or worry ? Or im fine ? Doing what i have been that is.

Usually went for the glute and had my wife do my inject.. same gauge if not a 21 gauge actually but a 1.5 inch for the glute. But as I said my solo swap I have chosen delt and have been okay but first experience what I described the other day.

I use a 23 gauge 1" needle in the upper glute and have virtually no pain at all. Some guys crying from 25-27 gauge, I can't even relate to that. Some men are built like men and others built like Bit@&$

Not really. 2 shots a week with cypionate. Last longer. Try one every 6 days with a full dose. Then if you feel the low coming then do the 2.

@Carolinabiggins I've found my dosage . It's 0.4ml 2x a week and levels are still rising but have to hold back until the next assessment. But doctor reckons I'll eventually be on 0.5 /0.6 2x a week as i have a different physicality to most people. I feel fine so far but not what I expected. I sleep better,I'm not so aggressive, and my calories have risen to 4500 a day and only put 1lb on a week ,so nothing major. But eventually after saying 6/8 months I'll be around 230lb lean and a lot more chilled. So it's been good.

What if you would do insert into a vein? I injected today in my leg and when i pulled the needle out it did bleed. (I did not aspirate) the bleeding stopped but what if I now did inject into a small vein. What happens with the Sustanol as it may not all be in the muscle?

Even though this would be in low quantity. I've found that if you use an 18 gauge needle, it can be very dangerous. You're better off using like a 22 and here's the reason. When you use an 18 gauge, you're puncturing that rubber over and over with quite a large needle which can make chunks come off into the oil. Then when guys don't know what they're doing, they end up injecting a piece of rubber. Stay away from 18 gauges draw with a 22
