You were very brave to jump. That had to be terrifying! I was in NYC during the attacks of 9/11/01, it was terrifying not knowing how much worse it was going to get. When the first plane hit, I thought "horrific accident"... when the second plane hit, I thought "we're under attack".

9/11 was terrible time. My husband was in NJ living very close to Manhattan. He still talks about that terror. I am so sorry you had to go to that stress.

"Just suck it up and walk it off." I've had RA since I was a child. Decades of "sucking it up" while in chronic pain, and living with hypermobilty, meant more injuries to my joints and more joint damage.

Not every single rotator cuff needs a surgery. Most of the time with the proper Rehab you recover just fine. So let the fear and worry go that I have to have a surgery to repair my rotator cuff

When I cut out the caffeine.. my joint pain is gone! Caffeine is great for mental stimulation and focus, but it kills my joints.

Thank you so much for your excellent and informative video. My mother now has to wear compression socks and as her carer, I put them on for her. However, I have arthritis in my hands and find it a real struggle. Thanks to your video I have just ordered a Butler and I’m sure that, with a bit of practice, our struggles will become a thing of the past. Thank you so much. My elderly mom has lymphedema and had a fungal infection last year. The hospital protocol was to use aquifer lotion, but my mom is allergic to the petroleum in it. I wish I would have found you sooner. I'm going to use this protocol and let you know how it works.

doesnt work unless our arms are twice as long as your legs. cannot reach that low to pick it. try and do all that with one arm and needing to balance with a walker, table, or anything else. went straight out with the garbage.

You push your foot though the butler,until your foot touch the ground. Then sit down and hold the handles and pull it up. I have patients with walker put it on without struggle.

It depends on you height and height of the sink. I would say try it and it it works. Change in the position will definitely relieve some pain.

I read Dr Sarno "Mind body prescription" was a life safer when meds didn't work, recovered from year lasting excruciating pain. But always make sure you been properly diagnosed and did all necessary tests before you read it as I don't know your diagnosis.
