Hello WTP! I just learned about you through Crystal Phoenix. And, I am so excited about your Podcast and expansion into a foundation. This work is so important and speaks so much to my belief that community will heal the wounds we have faced as individuals. It's nice to meet you three! I can't wait to delve into your channel, and support your work. My passion is with adoption, foster care, and learning how I can use my story to help those who are from that background - both the children and adults. I also have personal experience with DV and CPTSD -and I hope one day i can get a Masters and become a therapist to help families of both adoptees and foster kids to heal the wounds of the broken system and advocate for their continued success and resources when they become adults. You are doing great work here! Keep it up. ~ Hales (Indigo-Twin[Mx})

Like my sun I'm a White Sox fan but they were terrible this year, but I have always loved the Yankees because of their history. All the players from years ago. That is why I love them to this day. I was able to see a game in NY the last year the old stadium was there. I would love to see a game in the new stadium one day.

What a great story and sad at the same time. I'm so glad you got away from that relationship. You taught your daughters well. You took them away from that situation. I hope they and you are doing well.

I just found this channel. I'm a recovering/ (ed) anorexic . Meaning the I was 5'3" and 86 ibs . My triggers are less triggering although my anorexic thoughts are still whispering. I'm 60 and still have the dysmorphia to a lesser degree. I've got cptsd from a tornado and a violent crime . As I continue my recovery, I continue to get better. I wish I'd know about treatment when I was younger. I was the worst, anxiety rigged mess of a mother. Looking at my daughter with her own kids makes me so proud. She makes sure her children have memories and experiences! It's truly amazing 👏 ❤
