I haven't posted in a long while but I still get the messages. Unfortunately since the pot is a conically shaped you would have to place the stripes individually in order for them to be straight up and down. Good luck and thanks for watching.

Wow! I appreciate the tutorial! I have no idea if you’re still active or will see this, but I am wondering how to wrap pot with vertically striped paper. Based on your template, the initial stripes (as you attach to pot) would be vertical, but as you continue wrapping around the pot, they would become increasingly slanted. Is there an easy way to do this on a pot that does not have parallel sides (like yours, they’re slightly cone shaped)? Do I need to cut out each stripe & vertically apply each individually? (Snooze 😉). Any ideas/ suggestions would be greatly appreciated! 😃
