Hispanics are now the majority in Texas. They tend to be Catholic with strong family ties and are pursuing more education. Homeownership is a key to economic security, community involvement and voting. I see Hispanics will become more conservative and will demand action vs. pandering from political leaders.

I would have loved more inclusion of scholars like bell hooks and audre lorde, James Baldwin- outlier voices and their handling of the burden of care/ who gets to shoulder the responsibility of care- who is this burden foisted upon? Also the dark or shadow side of the dark feminine version of care under a white supremacist capitalist imperialist patriarchal order? And how can we envision a new language of care and the ethics of care in a system that demands a binary conceptualization and operationalizing… Basically until we start envisioning outside of the framework of post enlightenment patriarchal ideology- we will run into the same issues with increasing complexities

If the only comment you lead off with Disney RN is anyone that is initially against the expansion is a southern bigot apparently you don't have any information to provide and are just falling back on name calling and racism, then you're just part of the lying machine. Educate yourself with some actual facts that can help people understand what is actually going on in the expansion so that other people can make a more informed decision other than you screaming bigot bigot bigot.
