Christine Collister hard to believe she is a Jazz singer from the Isle of Mann is probably the best rendition of Porgi Amor ever recorded she has that almost contralto voice,

It is the Cavatina Grafin from the marriage of Figaro, an opera I know well. Saying that, I think this rendition surpasses the original score. No offence meant Mozart. Still love your music.

A stunning song, a stunning voice, performed with such heartfelt beauty and sadness. Perfect for a mesmerising TV series, and a brilliant performance from actress Julie T Wallace in her first major role. We don't see enough of her.

Just brilliant. A belly laugh more than one a minute. Such a great writer, and musician. Impeccable timing and delivery. I heard Victoria was still making people laugh the night before she passed away. And her humour wasn't spiteful or 'take down' laughs 'at the expense of'. No, it was based on an enormously affectionate, compassionate and acute observation of all the nuances embedded in the irony, pathos and joy of everyday life. Gone way too soon.

Great music theme and brilliant mini series...I wonder why BBC don't ever repeat it? Had to buy a second hand dvd to watch it again. This has been recorded from vinyl you can hear the crackling 😂

This is British Comedy at its best. Unfortunately we seem to be, well can't even say 'de`evolving'. Because if that was the case, it would at least be funny. What's happening is, we've chosen cheap t v. Supposedly true, intrusive half hour episodes of 20/30 something wannabes chatting shite about the price hike on botox and ass implants!! You left us, sadly, in the hour of our most need. You must be cringing in your place of rest. We miss you so much
