What i dont understand though is wether the v1 will ride just as comfortable as the v2 and v3 if set at the same heightbfor daily driving.

Just remember the fact that the V2 and V3 have damping adjustment alone means it will ride better than the V1, even if they share the same height, spring rate and preload settings. That is why we are looking at competing product lines within KW and ST so why you would choose a ST xta plus 3 vs kw v3 for example.

@@Jrponline wow. It get more complicated as I learn more as a newcomer. Then that means that the v3 is more ride comfortable than the v2? Anyway, if that were the case then the V2 comparable ST would be perfect but apparently none of the ST line fit my car which is a Scion Xd. Weird. Only the V3 supposedly works on my Scion Xd.

Not sure what MBRP exhaust I have on my car but it def has drone, its also EXTREMELY loud haha but sounds amazing, I love it in the 3000+ range it just screammmms. I love it though quality and craftsmanship looks wicked, I also have those clips as I'm running a 2+ stage so the baffles never needed. Might record some sound clips if I get interest

The main thing with the cleaning process is two things- Follow instructions and after the rinse the filter has to dry THOUROUGHLY to prevent MAF issues. I have never had a MAF issue in part because when I bought this filter a fellow customer beat it into to me to be patient. Give it 24 hrs.

K& N will flow more air than stock but they don't stop small particles, you could gain more with no filter, but it will dust your engine out just like a K&N! it will just take a little longer with K&N.

We dont really like to recommend running with no filter but you can at the very least run a turbo guard. If the oil particles are an issue then better to run a dry filter like the AEM or AFE filters.

Hi guys. Thank you for the honest review of both quality and ease of installation. I’m considering these for my MK6 Golf 2.5 running GLI wheels on Eibach springs (that just broke after 12 years of Montreal roads and winters!!) and I am puzzled why it would rub with the coilovers set at roughly -1.4 in. like the Eibachs…… Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. Remember we mentioned we had around 500 lbs of man meat in the back seat so that little clearance in the back was gone since the spring rode lower than usual. Also we said we had the rear wheels on a 14mm spacer in order to create a flush fitment so that also contributed to the rear liner rubbing. If you run low with no spacer then there wont be any issues.

Oil based air filter have been known to destroy airflow map sensor as the oil can stick onto the map sensor and hamper its functioning

Does this system come with the three washers and nuts that go behind the bolts on the actuator? I have a Stillen exhaust that's giving me a lot of problems, and am considering MRBP but need the washers and nuts that attach the module to the actuator pipe.

Those are part of the OEM hardware for the valves. MBRP doesn't include them but you can source them from your local Hyundai dealer.

Owning a s2000 like this is like top 5 on my "if i ever hit the lottery buys" Got a chance to drive a firends twin turbo s2k. It was spooned out. Talk about an amazing driving experience. Said he was close to 500 on the dyno with the boost he was running. That much hp in this car is nothing to play with.

For Honda FK 2012- (UK model) only KW V1 or V3, so ST XA will provide rebound adjustability for a better price (~1000 Euro). V3 is twice the price of ST XA. I have the nose heavy 2.2 diesel which means rebound cannot be same as for petrol versions since this is pre-set as is maximum axle load. Inbound/rebound adjustable would be best but the V3 is too expensive for this kind of daily driver. Note except for V3 kits do not come with top mounts.

We weren't lucky enough to get the FK2 in North America so we have no point of reference for this vehicle but if you are considering the V3 then have a look at the ST XA Plus 3 if available, that will be the best bang for buck.
