Explained really well. Instead of cardboard use corrugated plastic and cut out with exactor knife or razor blade. Wallmart, Target and HomeDepot etc carry it, some Longs as well.

That was an old IRO Mark V steel frame with a silly setup utilizing a 650c front wheel for no good reason. A friend of mine actually still has possession of this frame. I outa get it back and build it up again proper.
