Thanks for the video, the one area I find lacking in Teams/planner is the ability to manage tasks in one place that I have assigned to others and track the outcomes.

Thanks for watching and yes I completely agree. The 'My Tasks' pane is useful for tracking all tasks assigned to you across all locations, but project managers/team leaders should have the same functionality to centrally track tasks they have created and assigned to others.

You should add a disclaimer and maybe that some countries and copilot pro 'personal' (whatever it's called) and 365 (non-business) subscriptions does not do all the things in this video. I know this but a LOT of questions on the forums about this confusion. I am sure we will catch up at some point but not yet.

In word why not work directly in the page so you don't need to cut and paste into word?

You can do that using keyboard shortcut Alt + I and it brings up a draft with Copilot window which will generate straight into the document. We just wanted to show everyone using the Copilot button as it's easier for a beginner to remember. Will share some useful Copilot shortcuts in our next video. Thanks for the comment

@@labyrinth_it I was wondering if it was better, worse or the same using that method? What version of ChatGPT is it using in word? I wish I could use o1 preview (think deeper) in word, maybe that will be added later - at the moment I am just copy and pasteing from copilot app to use o1 in my word.

@@bobbyboyderecords it depends what you are using it for. For generating content into the document, it's better from a visual formatting perspective. The content is the same though. Copilot for 365 is using GPT-4 Turbo (model, the data stays with Microsoft 365)

Thanks, great presentation on a relevant subject. I'll be watching your channel from now on. So keen to get properly onboarded with Copilot for Microsoft 365.
