parents house is bath stone, bloody hard to drill through for tv aerial wire etc and satellite cables.

Yeah thanks mate huge place shame about how destroyed it is now. I have so many filmed and in the pipeline just been so busy with work recently that just haven't had chance to edit them need yo get back onto it have so many places pinned to go to as well

@ExploringwithAustinandThomas yeah haha I'm very far behind. I was doing alright with weakly up load and then when down hill this year need to get another hard drive as can't edit as no more storage left haha but will get back too it soon

No not anymore from what I'm aware of. I'm pretty sure there is 24 hour security there now and fence around it.

Nice report mate, well covered! Subscribed 👍 we went at the beginning of 2023 and we were lucky to get into the house (the door was open!) Had a little game of snooker while we were in there too, it's on our KZbin channel 🙂

Thanks mate really appreciate it. I have just hit a sub on your channel. Yeah when I went was loads of yellow wires so thought I better not risk it on my own after someone spotted at me and shouted😂. The swimming pool was fully sealed as well so couldn't get into that one aha. Heard secca is on site now

@@The_lost.couples Yeah it was really lucky, the day we went was when we met up with A few other KZbinrs (@beyondthepoint , TheUrbexTheory, Urbanrockdove and StraightOuttaUrbex) so I think it was when everything still quite relaxed, we did see security but luckily just after we left, he was asleep in his car for most of it 😄 Cheers for the sub, you have a lot of interesting places on your channel, I'm looking forward to watching them 👍👍

We went there the other day and went into the main building that you thought wasn’t abandoned, probably the best part about the place, so historical in there! Wish I could send some photos over KZbin to show you Just subbed

I did this place a few years ago and it was in A1 condition then and I never reviled its location as I don't for any place I explore. it is sad to see it in absolute ruins now

Why are all the access points wide open? It's almost as if the owners want people in - we all know how that'll eventually end up - fire and demolition, ready for redevelopment of the land. I can't see any evidence of it being converted into apartments either?

Exactly. They were stripping it all out when I got there have been told that it's is fully sealed up now. But that's normally what happened when they don't agree to demolish it it ends up on fire. Such a shame

Hi yeau it is has been stripped overe the last few weeks. Nothing left in the house now. There are a few vehicles left but I'm sure they will end up going soon as well someone has brought the property.

The machine was a home made condenser built out of an old fridge it would pull In air cool it and collect the water to keep the place from getting to damp

No unfortunately not. New they were in there but had a look and found out another ytber had taken it all out which is annoying

The main reason it is really getting destroyed is because somebody stripped all the green slate tiles off the roof. Would have been a big job just to do that. The patient files are still there next to the main stair well despite the owners being ordered by the court to remove them. Unfortunately as amazing as it is,it isn't listed and will be knocked down soon probably.
