FedEx ground is not being closed it was always contract drivers. Express was what was closed and limited on just a hand full of people at each location. Instead ground now drops off express packages too.

The wax comes from Canada in an old oil tank. That's what they tell you at the home office and you can see it outside sitting at the warehouse at home office.

I feel for you Michelle, you seemed nervous recording this. Scentsy has been a dumpster fire for a while now, i'm only a customer but people including themselves need to know a MLM is a house of cards, and its all starting to come down now. I'm in Australia and now they're slimming down for us. 9 bbmbs only, now no body line. Will the new catalogue be 5 pages? Who knows. But i feel for you as Scentsy and scent is your passion. I hope all works out for the best ❤️

Thanks for the video Michelle you make a lot of good points and how they make a lot of bad business decisions. I canceled my website and am definitely cutting back on how much I spend and how much longer I will continue on with Scentsy it's gping to be a wait and see approach. I will definitely be searching for other outlets to get my wax in the meantime.

I got the room spray in Under the Christmas Tree from BBW and I LOVE it too. That creaminess really kicks it up a notch. I took it to work and all my coworkers were like what is that scent?! Like the demanded I pull it out of the drawer so they can go get some.

They have made a lot of odd decisions in just the 1.5 years I’ve been with them. The amount of products they try to squeeze in. Dryer bars, swipes, constant rollouts. (I can’t even keep up) diffusers… what’s next? Urinal cakes? They need to go back to basics and focus on selling a good product. Not spreading themselves so thin WE have to take a pay cut !!!!! Shame on them. I cancelled my website. Not sure if I’ll stay

I was a consultant for Scentsy and now am a consultant for Pink Zebra and there is a world of difference in how they are run. I’m a hobbyist too so it doesn’t make a huge deal to me but they won’t stay in business long if they don’t come up to present.

I think the quality of the warmers is still good If you compare the wax to 12 years ago is not. I remember first time i used scentsy like 2011-ish the wax was so strong! Even they used to promote re-using the wax by pouring back into the clam shell I do agree scentsy should get rid of most products and you stick to wax I still think the wax is fairly good quality but not like it was before I still like but i do think they have way too many collections a year I do like the cleaning stuff but i can see why they should get rid of it as well

AI says that Scentsy gets it's wax from Canada, and it's transported by train.

Yes to all of your points! I know that they are using less fragrance oils. 3 years ago Arctic Kiss would blow me out of the house. I’m warming a full bar today and it is a medium at best.

They aren't really that pinched if they're still doing luxury trips. If you lose your job, you don't keep going to CANCUN. The company is being POORLY MANAGED. The worst is yet to come. They'd rather retract their lifetime commission deal with the consultants that can't fight back. Disgusting. Best summary I've heard on this issue so far, Michelle. Thank you.

I love the point you made about the scentsy club exclusives. I agree that they should be able to be shipped with a club order and I also think they should be discounted since they are discontinued product. I also like that you mentioned that if the smaller consultants quit/lower buying then the higher up consultants end up losing out on $$ as well. Thoroughly enjoyed this video

Excellent points and agree with everything you've said. The last few months I've seriously considered becoming a consultant as I spent alot of money in wax. I most definitely will not have any part of this company now and plan to buy more vendor.
