I had no idea there was a remake coming out either! I didn't LOVE the dark picture anthology, but there was one game I thought was really interesting which was House of Ashes. The Quarry was better than the anthology, but Until Dawn just had that special something. If they are doing a sequel I hope they capture some of it again.

I didn't know they redid the ending so he lives! That's really good. Since it seems like they're hinting at an Until Dawn 2 it'd be amazing if they got Rami Malek back so he could get a properly good ending and redeem himself!

This is a hard question to answer, but I'll probably say Emily because I'm a sucker for a gal who is a little mean and quippy, or Mike. Mike because he had his action hero redemption moment.

Josh is a complicated character who is definitely tragic. The disappearance of his sisters triggered his depression to resurface worse than before, and at one point he was close to ending his life, which led to him being committed to a hospital for observation, which is where he met the psychiatrist we see so often. He was discharged with a new prescription, which he stopped taking as he became consumed with taking revenge on his friends for what happened to his sisters. Do I understand his desire for revenge? Yes. Do I think the lengths he went through to "punish" them was insane? Also yes. Considering he punished both Sam and Chris (the former was trying to find Hannah to warn her about the prank, and the latter was passed out with him in the kitchen) just screams of how unstable he was. Two people uninvolved yet he was so far gone that he just lumped them all in together because they were all the enemy in his mind. He needed so much more help than he got (despite getting a lot of it), and I do think his conscience tries to get through to him, but ultimately he just created more trauma. The gang never intended for Hannah or Beth to go missing, and the people involved should have been punished in some way, but what Josh did helped no one. Not even himself. It didn't solve anything, and I don't even think it made him feel better. Because how could it? His sisters are still missing. It was a lesson in futility. I'm actually a sucker for good revenge stories, but Josh was already mentally ill before his sisters went missing, and how he turned out is just sad. It's not a win, in my opinion!

@valkii8602 Well I like Josh out of all the other characters he love his sisters so much that he wanted to avenge them. I don't see what Beth saw in Mike that was the name of the girl right? The one that like Mike? Or was it Hannah not sure I wonder if Beth & Hannah turn into a those monsters🤔 ?

@@valkii8602 I played it last year in coop with my sis was more fun than I expected although she got like half of the cast killed. Currently watching your AoT series and getting a kick out of your reactions to the game still hitting you with tutorials 6 episodes in and the music comparisons.

I get bad migraines sometimes that prevent me from doing much of anything so I'm kind of forced to 😅 Salvus Aries is a looong demo, longer than I thought, but it's made me excited for the full game 100%. I also have another demo to play from another game I've backed on kickstarter called Heart Cage. The games that I've recorded so far: Mouthwashing Salvus Aries Demo (some of) The Walking Dead Final Season. I have lots more to record, but I'm not playing Silent Hill 2 or Fear and Hunger anymore. Silent Hill 2 stutters way too much on my PC and Fear and Hunger feels like it would get too frustrating for people to watch me fail over and over again. It's more of a stream the game and have your chat help you when you need it kinda game.

I'm glad you agree! I've definitely been put off by many anime because of it, and it sadly did put a damper on this game which sucks because there's so much potential otherwise (which they showed with NG imo)

Thank you so much! I really hate when they kill characters off screen, so disrespectful to the people who played the first and liked them. Just a really weird direction for the story to take honestly, especially considering the first game is that right amount of cheesy horror.

I felt a bit insane when I'd go to reddit or something and see complaints about the lewd CG's only for people to call the poster a prude. That's not it! It's just so completely out of place.

My sentiments are the same regarding Alexander's route! And yes! I've seen that. Despite certain things I've heard about the new Life is Strange, I will be trying it out for sure.

Oh the Spirit Hunter games are absolutely underrated I agree, I always try to get people to play them, but I think the amount of reading puts some people off 😅
