It makes no sense that the results should changed based on a sample size. Its not supposed to be a survey but a diagnostic tool.

Hi there, I'm interested in doing this... have you been following the recommended diet and how is it working out for you? I have had eczema my entire life and I've done so many elimination diets, gone vegan, eliminated dairy, eliminated gluten, stopped using aluminium deodorants, stopped using creams with synthetic substances and perfumes, tried the fodmap diet, tried fasting, tried juice cleansing, eliminated nuts, increased fermented foods, increased my omega 3, eliminated processed food, drank loads of water consistently, eliminated steroid creams, tried enemas and salt flushes, eliminated alcohol, go to the steam room, eliminated sucrose, exercise vigorously... it has all helped but I still live with eczema everyday and refuse to believe I will have this my entire life. I have made huge improvements in the past two years but there is still something affecting me that I just can't figure out. I hope this will be the answer and I am curious what the long term effects have been on people who have followed their personalised diet. Thank you in advance :D

Thanks for this review! I plan to buy the test soon. I find it interesting, though, that it can't detect allergies. I'm guessing that those are only detected via blood. 🤔🤔

they sell that through a separate add on kit, yes blood but research shows they are not very effective

Thank you very much for the video :) it answered many of my questions about Viome. When you are talking about the list of your super foods and 3 other groups of food, how long were the lists? Only several foods in each category? Or long lists?

Great info Jake! I'll probably go with Viome as a result :) Also look into keto and get The Plant Paradox. Also, look for videos here with Dr Steven Gundry, Rhonda Patrick, Nina Teicholz... Once you drop the bad carbs and up the good fats, you'll be losing about 1.5lbs a day and you'll feel better than ever! As far as your perfect plate goes, I would recommend losing "other complex carbs" and at least go 50/50 between protein and fat - if not higher fat. BTW, keto has worked for 2.5 million years. It's not a fad, and should really be called "how to eat like a non-inflamed human". Viome's recommendations are very keto-ish :-)

Jeff Hill I’m wondering if it does show keto for everyone, as being a better diet, because I’ve watched several people’s testimonials and found very different diets for different people.

Celeste Satie one of the Chief Scientists for Viome made a video and said he had to cut out animal products. I am vegan, so I am hoping my results will agree with his in that regard and don’t indicate I need to change that. Here’s the video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/rJuXqXSrjMmfiNE

Most of these testimonies keep talking about "preventing" all of these diseases with viome. I do not hear any of them talking about this being a "cure" for disease. I have eaten healthier than 99.9 percent of the population for over a quarter of a century, I have done more detoxing than can be described here, nevertheless, I have over 30 diseases and counting. If this is not a cure, then I may be too late.

I'm certainly not a doctor, and can't speak to any medical diagnosis, but from what I understand about this science, it's never too late to feel better. Many (not all) chronic illnesses come from having an inflamed gut over extended periods of time. It's unfortunate that you've eaten well over the years but still suffer from poor health... but "healthy" food for me could be absolutely toxic for you, and vice versa. That's the beautiful thing about Viome! They are able to find exactly which type of healthy food you should eat, and exactly what kind I should eat. For example, I found out that cauliflower is a super food for me, and when I eat it, I feel AMAZING! But as @bluemoonIslandWebDesign mentioned below, cauliflower is on her avoid list. They say the best time to plant a tree was 10 years ago, but the next best time is now. I don't know if you'll be "cured" of any of your diseases, but if you start now, at least you'll feel better.

If by eating "healthy", you mean that you avoid fat and eat plenty of carbs, then you (like most people) are doing the opposite of what you should be doing. Look into keto and get The Plant Paradox. At the very least, look for videos here with Dr Steven Gundry, Rhonda Patrick, Nina Teicholz...

Hi Eric! I have many chronic illnesses as well and I feel your frustration. Just wondering if you've ever heard of Anthony Williams, Medical Medium. He speaks about the truth behind chronic and mystery illness and his protocols have been life changing for me. They have allowed me to heal some things I thought would never go away and have some semblance of a normal life. I wish you the best of love and health on your healing journey.❤️

Thanks for this! I just got my results and like you, totally surprised. Even more interesting is how different results are from individual to individual. For me, one of avoid foods was cauliflower (which I was happy about), but also cashews, corn and I too need to avoid raisins - who knew? Superfoods were Brazil nuts, Yellow squash and a few other things. I agree - this is the future of medicine. I have been following their guidelines for 2 weeks now and can't believe how much better I feel. Tons more energy, mood and sleep. Am waiting for my husband's results and will be interested to see if it is same or different - as you noted in video. This is an amazing tool for everyone and thank you again for sharing your results and thoughts.

I totally agree! It really is like ingesting jet fuel when I eat according to my results. I have to admit... I've fallen off the last few weeks and I've felt terrible. Stick with it! It feels horrible going back to old habits. Thanks for your comment. You've helped remind me that I need to get back on track because it works.

Thanks for watching! They will give you a list of every bacteria, fungus, etc. in your gut, however they don't diagnose diseases or illnesses. Instead they recommend that you see a medical professional for those kinds of things.
