Thanks for sharing this. I struggle with shaping my nails because a few club over too much, a few twist, and a few do both. All of this is made worse as they grow out. My natural nails can grow decently long, but my ability to correct the twisting & clubbing decreases the longer they get.

Does anyone know the model number for this please?. I know she said “Jade” but I cannot find that one. I am In the UK and really want a great nail drill x

They look so lovely dear it’s hard to believe I was a nail biter if you was to see my 4in coffin nails I’m wearing right now full of bling you would never believe I used to bite my nails I bit them to the cuticle they would bleed and I’d get witlows I bit them till I was 15 then one day just stopped doing it because my hands looked a hot mess my nails grew I’d file them round shaped and wore all natural long nails for 10yrs then I started going to nail salons for 7yrs paying huge sums of cash I thought long and hard about it that I would love to be a nail tech I trained and passed my training in 1995 I’ve spent the last 30yrs of my life as a nail tech and still enjoying it, I’ve just opened my new salon a week ago, myself & my customers thoroughly enjoy watching all you lovely ladies doing nails I have a huge flat screen tv in the salon I put KZbin on and watch the videos throughout the day the customers ask me to put them on how awesome are those customers? It’s a very rewarding career being a nail tech my favourite bit is seeing the joy on my customers face and no matter how badly bitten there’s always something techs can do to lift a nail biters spirit, keep on posting we are enjoying your videos👍🏽🥰🥰🥰💅🏽

It is lucky you were able to fix the ingrown nails before they got too bad. I had these many times growing up, but they were so painful I could only see a doctor with local anaesthetics. Even then, that didn't fix them, and I had 2 general anaesthetics for full surgery! Perfect ever since - following the same shape cutting rule in this video :)

Omg I'm so happy I've seen this video. My acrylic tore my nail bed too from an accident 😭. And it's in my pinky. I did all the cutting myself thank you so much! This saved my life. Will be waiting for my nail to grow back now.

Does it look alot better? Yes, but they could have been beautiful, in my opinion. She does have a very flat nail bed, so I know she would have had a better result if they would have "pinched a curve" for her when the nail was curing. It would have been more natural and flattering.

For me, it was wearing press-on nalis too long is how you get greenies! I know, I haveitnow! Never had it with acrylic or gel and I do my own now! i thought it was cool to keep these press-ons on a month!! Wrong!! I did and my right hand - all fingers have it! My left hand no! So that means my right has lifts and in water more! So I'm using Acholol and Tree Oil treatments, let grow out And Never ever leave in more than 2 weeks! I learned!

Nail tech here. The nail art is pretty, however, I think the initial square shape complimented her fingers better as it matched the shape of her nail bed better.

Sidenote : Pseudomonas aeruginosa, the bacteria that causes a greenie only dies after 10 minutes of exposure to acetone. If you just swipe with acetone, the surface is still infected.

I'm sick and tired of nail techs telling their customers that their nails grow crooked....yes, i agree that nails do that. My issue is, the techs need to learn how to correct the nails and make it look straight...it's possible according to this tech. Comedian Angela hit the nail on the head...you go in a nail salon with perfectly straight looking nails and come away with crooked nails. If you even show the nail tech your nail is crooked THEY BECOME DEFENSIVE....that it's not their fault, your nails just grow crooked....

I would never go to a pedicure with dirty feet.
