8 hour.cook time, lid off the last hour use a bay leaf if you choose

@The_HeadSavage_Show Okay so 7 hours with the lid on and then the last hour off? I did do that but mine didn't boil the last hour 😭 I ended up making a slur to thicken the juice. Thank you 🫶🏾
