If filled to it's max line, how long (estimated) will it burn for?

The instructions say, "STEP 3: Foll the cup with the fuel source up to the MAX line." I do not see a max line on the metal cup. Please advise.

I found the word, "MAX" on one side of the metal cup.

Would recommend giving more instructions to your users. And I can only see hands in the video. Try and get a better way to zoom into the product. Couple of questions: What happens to the wool - Is it a one time use? How long should I let it cool down before I can move the fire pit?

We recommend allowing the fire pit to cool down until it's cool to the touch before handling it to ensure safety. Regarding the ceramic wool, it is designed for multiple uses and won't require replacing after just one use. You can use it until it becomes dirty over time or when you notice a decrease in burn time. If replacement is needed, you can purchase it directly from our Amazon store or choose from any available options on Amazon. There's nothing specific to our brand in the wool, so you have flexibility in choosing.
