I was first exposed to Nona Hendryx in summer 1989 watching "David Sanborn's Night Music", before Bebe Rexha and Taylor Swift were yet born. Here it is the end of 2024, and I finally found her again at age 60! Thanks!

I always like Nona better and I felt Patti is a great singer but back out days she was so petty stealing the show when she didn’t have to every knew Patti have the voice and chips but Nona still tall great voice and beauty

Nona Hendryx is the most underrated performer that ever lived. Singer, songwriter, musician, actor, author, producer, activist, and fine as h*ll!! She blended so many musical genres: rock and roll, soul, funk, hard rock, new age, etc. She is an innovator of the highest order. While she may not have the commercial name recognition of her peers, Nona has collaborated with almost EVERYBODY in the business. Her career has spanned 63 freaking years!! She is still relevant, and she still tours. She is revered by her peers and her fans. LOVE HER!!

Such a piece of art the whole videoclip, from the music, Nona's powerfull and sweet voice, and the film itself in a faux one shot, full of meaning, beggin for being loved, wanting someone to love so bad. I just wanting to listen her song from Moving Violation's movie but i found this piece of gold, so ashame to only could say "wow" (trust me i don't have any words to say how astonished i am), this is a song i can listen over and over again with out getting tired of.

I sing this to my grand daughter instead of I sweat I say I Scmoop...Loved this song I miss the 80's and 90's the music now with a few exceptions SUCKS 😂
