Was happy to see you stop early in Evolution basin; can’t ever have enough time there. You’ll have to swing back around for that stretch to Rae next time. It’s good enough to come back for.

@@klamathmountainultralight You'll have so many options but highly recommend Dusy Basin > Palisade Basin, Darwin Bench, 60 Lakes Basin which is all very easy routefinding.

I really like it. After the first wash there was a lot of piling, but only after the first wash. It’s a bit heavier than some other options so it holds moisture a bit longer. Quite durable and comfortable.

Isn't it awesome how peaceful the high mountains get this time of year. Never done the Tuolmne part of the Sierra. Just because of the crowds. I see why it's so popular. Enjoy every minute you can cause it will end at some point. Happy trails
