Build a platform out to it. If you have full stamina you can actually jump in the water and it let's you grab it.

@@Thiccboyz build a platform out to it just above water level. Jump in the water and grab it by just wading there. If its deep jump up so you go a little under the water and open it. You have to have full stamina to do it.

Figured it out. Just build a walk way to it. Get 200 or so wood and use thin pieces that only use 1 wood. I built right next to it, jumped in the water and grabbed it (because it was under the water). If you have full stamina it will let you grab it. I tried flying in with a stair case off a boulder and it didnt work. Then I went to the plank and it worked
