Why are you making one half hitch to the left and the other to the right instead of tying them both in the same direction?

Apparently this bend can kill you if used for abseiling

on the second one you twisted the bite (0:45) before crossing the standing and running ends but you did not the first time was that a mistake? and when doing the first one (0:28) you went over while on the second one (0:40) you went under was that on purpose or accident please be more descriptive when making videos. ps. slow down and try to keep hand out of the way like pause after each motion and move or shift hand to show proper placement
