There are over 130 refineries in America and Petro is $0.90/liter in America; there is no competition and several additional refineries that will make a liter of Petro that cheap! Subsidy is gone! If Dangote is not selling reasonably cheap presently (about $0.57/liter); why is Ghana saying they will be saving millions of dollars by buying from Dangote?
