I can help you grow your KZbin channel. Your video content is really good. But views and subscribers are very less. To increase subscribers and viewers. You need to do channel SEO. Your videos are not purely SEO. Your SEO score is too low. SEO score you need to be over 80. Video SEO and organic promotion are the main reasons why videos go viral. If you do SEO and promotion your channel will get lots of subscribers and visitors and you will be able to monetize your channel within few days.

As a resident born and raised in Jupiter 58 years do not move here. The small village is now overcrowded with New Yorkers who have destroyed the fabric of what Jupiter is. They have brought everything with them that they left New York for. High home and insurance prices, traffic, anger and aggression on the roads, they are obnoxious and give nothing back to the community they have destroyed. The locals hate them and are trying to get them to move out. Please avoid the area as there is no room for more.

I have heard nightmares about homeowners insurance in Florida. All the costs she mentioned are valid, but then you’ve got to factor in the cost of outrageous homeowners and automotive insurance and taxes.

Yes, the insurance went up 100% that is if you are able to get insurance cause some people were getting dropped for not reason or because they needed to replace the roof. However, whoever gets this house will have enough money to pay over 6k in home insurance a year, over $500 a month in HOA, and remodel, 1 mil for that area is dirt cheap for someone who has the money and deff most people in that area can afford it.

I would have to say: 1. Opened floor plan upon entry. 2. Spacious rooms 3. Ideal backyard 4. Washer & dryer on two floors is something I would like.
