Some part of us, remembers… The wisdom is still there, we just have to learn the practices that allow for remembering Grief will be at the heartbeat of what ever it is that’s coming It's the broken heart that can feel the call and cries of the world. Grief is a toxin, that's not meant to stay in our bodies. Grief neess to be carried on on transmuted, it's pure alchemy"
