So true! If the don’t show these remererable storylines as it’s not “appropriate for today”. Is Wentworth (new Prisoner that was created) appropriate?? It’s worse than Sonny Bennett story and Steven Richardson “Mr Bad. Y? Watching Bea (new version) in the cell. By herself masturbating where nothing is left to the imagination and the filth of this moaning groaning orgasms only panties and a top to cover her breasts. That’s FILTH and should never be allowed as a re run. In fact it should have been axed then and there. But it’s ok. So what are they teaching 15yr olds in this series. Do this it’s ok to see it it’s right. Is it? It’s pornography on TV rated M for ratings plus the character winning a Logie. That’s what should be off n other disgust that is responsible to a high degree of life here today. But no it’s ok. But where so much is as in films etc back in past productions left so much to the memory where parents watched E Street. So we kids. I was 9yrs old n watched it as all friends n Australia not knowing but parental guidence was there and not that it happened but if parents believed it wud effect based on fear as a kid. They would change the channel hence tell you why. That’s PGR. But now head chopping in detail, finger cuttings etc is fine for a teenager or 15yr old to see. What’s next R rated becoming 15+ and X being 16+ where X rated of all sort being 18+. The world of TV is f****d these days. That’s why so many young do what they do. iPhones n what others do to get millions of likes.

Poor guy went through hell. He definitely didn't deserve it. He was an innocent man who just wanted to live his normal life.

This happens to more people in this country than people realize. Once these tyrants think they have the right suspect, they need a conviction so the public isn’t scared. A lot of these peoples mental illness goes out the door, after a long period of time some of them, do false confessions, others plead, guilty to get a lesser charge so they don’t spend life in prison. It is guilty until proven innocent in this country, not the other way around! In big cases where the media get a hold of it, by the time the suspect goes to trial, they’re already deemed guilty and the jurors eyes. Things in this country is just system needs to change. No, the justice system doesn’t usually work for the good of all either, that is a false statement that is made at the end of this movie. People that go through all of this that are innocent should be paid.

I remember the first time I saw 👀 this classic during my social studies class in spring 1988 and didn’t realize until 1 year later that Tim Matheson played the wrongly accused.
