Thanks for presenting my brother John Spiro's band, Siverspring. He and his Maryland buddies hung together for a few years before and after 1980 when this album was cut. My brother played guitar and was the lead vocal on the bluesy-jazz songs. He's the one seated on the far left at the table.

I bought the album in the 80s after listening to them at a bar. Wondered what happened to them. Loved the sound and wish they were on Spotify!

Such a great song. I believe in this version the lyrics are the same as the version as she did with Jan Berry. Also the backup vocals are still here. In her other solo version those backup vocals are not there.

This story line with the new wife and Dodie went a long way toward ruining this show.

2:40- Amazing that father-of-hyperactive-triplets Robbie didn't so much as acknowledge either Dodie's or Barbara's presences much less advise Ernie on keeping a closer watch on Dodie until Barbara's return - and only Chip acknowledged Barbara having spoken to Ernie!

I agree I wish tv was the way it used to be not to many commercials nothing but garbage today tv back then only showed one or sometimes 2 Commercials at a time have some old DVDs I got from a private collector that had DVDs with the original commercials intact nothing like this garbage that’s out today and I’m only 56 years old
