Is 2024 an I purchase this controller for $250. It doesn’t work with tractor right away I haven’t found the mapping tsi on this video. When i use other software vdj serato djay most of the buttons don’t work right are not recognized by software. There’s no support. The hardware and skin are amazing. In 2024 is better to buy the regular VCI this edition has different firmware.

For anyone wondering about this unit in 2024. It works just fine with my M4 pro Macbook pro on OS Sequoia. It's just plug and play. I bought a cheap USB-B to USB-C cable for the connection since the NV comes with a USB-B to USB-A cable and there are no USB-A inputs on the new Macbook pros. The only negative is it doesn't have any controls for stems. There's no way to midi map the NV. It just doesn't have that functionality. But you can buy a cheap separate MIDI controller if you want to turn on/off stems without having to use your laptop. I've had this controller for probably 7-8 years and there's no reason to upgrade for me. One added benefit I noticed today. It also acts as an audio interface. I had a virtual instrument loaded up on the laptop and the sound came out through the same speakers connected to the NV. So it doesn't just output whatever's being played on Serato DJ.

Does anyone know how to get it to read playlists? I got one recently to take when I'm on the move but it doesn't read playlists, it just shows the whole music library. I've tried exporting from serato/rekordbox, I've tried analizing from quickgrid.. nothing.
