1 . sir what software are you using why it's logo is hidden in your video 2. What are the actual benefits of this configuration change , I mean physically strings are already attached to the inverter and they are not changing physically 3. I had previously watched your video in which you told about chint smart meter connection with Huawei and Enspire software, tell us more about this, is this software necessary for chint configuration with inverters and is it free, how can it be downloaded I will be very thankful

Dear usama the software is fusion Solar and its webpage version is displayed to you. String Configurations are important to avoid string loss alarms or faults in the inverter. chint or any other type of meters like Acvium and janitza which are compatible with huawei inverters can be used and configured in this portal as well.

The Performance Ratio so good How can be like this In my plant the average around 80-85% only What is the DC:AC Ratio?

cleaning impacts the performance ratio a lot and also the faults check your system it is either facing some losses or your may be your plant is not cleaned properly. if cleaning is good and system is fault free then you need to check how much time is passed after you have installed your plant because there will be dip in pr from first year to the remaining coming year due to percentage loss in panels per year.

have you selected the monthly option first? Because pr only displays when you select the monthly option.

Hi, We have installed a Sun2000-60KTL-M0 inverter at our office with a DTSU666-H 250A. The distance between our inverter and the DTSU666-H is 300 ft. The inverter is not detecting the DTSU666-H can you help me resolve this issue. I have checked all my settings are same on both inverter and DTSU666-H.

I think the distance is too much, because we are facing same problem with other meter as well where distance is around 200 meter.
