Yea i was pretty crap at the game, i had no clue what anything was Iwent in totally blind and played it no knowing anything or understanding anything. Sorry i performed so poorly theres always next time

Damn, you had a surprisingly easy time with the drawers and the ladders compared to what i used to a few days ago. Was this recorded recently? Because the devs patched the game to help with that. However, this patch also messed with the body position, resulting in some weird glitches in the process (grabbing wrong items, grabbing the secondary gun off your shoulder instead of the backpack etc)

I'll be honest I think this was recorded before launch. I havent really touched the game since because I read it had so many issues from a patch.

I noticed you aren't keeping arms wide (like pretend airplane) to steer yourself while gliding down, but you are using the dive down better than I did when I first played the game. That level 5 where you have to turn around, go up and then back down was the first tough level for me too.

Thats the level I quit on isnt it? I started to feel as if I was really high up I didnt like that feeling and thought it was best to quit before I hurt myself lol. Thanks for the advice on the arms wide

@@IPlayVidyaGames always best to stop and try again another time anytime VR starts to cause any discomfort (vertigo, motion sickness, etc), so good call on stopping when you did.

Good question. It didn't look that way in game. This is recorded straight from the PS5 with the built-in recorder.

I finished this game 2 times and im on my 3rd run and its amazing but the only downside is im on the psvr 1 so the tracking isn't that great

Thats a blast from the past. I forgot all about this game being on PSVR1 lol. I looked at the PSNProfiles site and theres no mention of this game. Only thing that shows up is a different Afterlife VR game on PS5.

Seems like controls may be cumbersome. I think I’d get tired of using the stilts to traverse and just use A simple button platformer.

I rather enjoy the traversal in the game. All the little power ups to help aid you along are pretty cool too. The pogo springs seem really tightly wound and perhaps a little over sensitive. I think it'd add to the game if they allowed us to manually adjust the tension and spring rates.

@@IPlayVidyaGameshow exactly do you move ? And is it very tiring, like climbing in call out mountain? This looks fun but I don’t like super tiring vr games. 1 that springs to mind, would be Kayak vr. Not only is it tiring but it’s also incredibly dull and boring. I remember thinking it would be incredible because it was in vr and I’m new to it but no, blurry image and just boring. They really could have made a special game. Lots of fun modes.

Jump then dash in the direction. For me on playstation its X then hold the direction I wasnt to move and Square to dash. I hope that help.

I didn't try my wheel I was using the VR controllers. Which was pretty cool. Next time I load up I'll connect my thrust master wheel and check

4:34 the multiplayer lobbies were healthy to find matches quickly just a month ago. They seem to have dried up, including Europe region (which was most populated) for some reason after the Christmas & New Years break.

It's a shame that these multiplayer titles keep drying up or you have to organise something with people on discord and places.

@@IPlayVidyaGames I am fortunate that I have managed to get my wife, brother and sister, plus a few friends into VR, so I am able enjoy the best part of these types of games (multiplayer mode). Without that, I would also have to rely on Discord communities or around sales spikes to be able to play these types of games that don't have cross-play with the larger, more active Meta Quest user base.

I didn't struggle so much with France, but it got harder for me as I proceeded further in campaign. The co-op mode is a good time with a friend (both of us still learning the game). The versus mode may be better once both of us are better at the game. The versus mode also has some weird placement issues so we can't see each other consistently (in peripheral or with quick side glance) while playing.

Can't really comment on frame rates etc I don't have any way of testing. It looks ok I can't say I've had any bad drops or anything. Graphics are a little fuzzy.
