The stuff Fat Mike did as Cokie the Clown is just a giant therapy session. The song That Time I Killed My Mom will make you want to slit your wrists. He has some deep, dark issues, but it's great that he can express what he's feeling through his music.

When I've seen them live it's kinda sounded like a mess but they rock yo Check out at the drive-in they're original band it's more like punky post-hardcore kinda thing they're great. I feel like this is a rough TMV song to start with. I do like it though.

Coheed to me has a lot of kind pop punky emo stuff but they also get kinda progressive metal. They're a strange band but it's damn good

It’s Indie Rock. Yannis, the singer, is Greek. He uses water, the color blue, and other ocean things for symbolism. The Spanish Sahara could refer to the Mediterranean or to a specific area in Spain.

You should check out their last album, See You In Chemistry! This one is more mature, their last album is more guitar-acrobatic heavy with a ton of changes and it's a little bit quicker tempo-wise.

You guys don't seem to know much about Ren backstory. I say that because of the mention of addiction before you started the song. The video would have helped to shed light on the meaning. This is about Rens battle over a decade with misdiagnosed Lyme disease. He had to and still does take upwards of 50 pills a day to manage his symptoms. He had 2 stem cell transplants that basically brought him back from the dead. He's spent over a year in Canada getting specialized treatment for the autoimmune and brain damage caused by years of being incorrectly treated and misdiagnosed. He's doing much better now but will likely have to manage his symptoms, including extreme food allergies, for the rest of his life.

Fun fact. I'll save you a rabbit-hole journey. I wondered why they whacked weapons daintily with a bloody stick. Bugged me. I got the answer. First, for vikings, the tree branch was to leave raven-prints. But tons of cultures do this, and for the same reason. Its so you don't die in battle with an unblooded weapon. Honor, valhalla, street cred, whatever. This is the "I _technically_ passed the class" of warrior-ing.

I am there cousin and how they got the band name is because they had a dog named Jake and everytime that ate there mom would give Jake all the left overs and then they always got 'less than jake' true story

They are an absolute blast to watch live. And the best part is they invite fans up during certain songs and when they ask the fans to leave the stage the fans will immediately get down. Also different singers.

If you didn’t know, the album was written while Graffin was going through a divorce and the album reflects that. It’s a downer of an album but I love it. Absolutely a 180 from bad religion stylistically. Cease might be a better track to check out next time. They did it with Bad Religion as well, but this version the album is killer. Cold As The Clay was his second solo album and it’s a full on folk album. If you’re familiar with Uncle Tupelo or the like, it’ll make more sense. Great choice, I still have the CD for this somewhere

I love that part. 😂 This song is very much dealing with depression, angst, and disorganized thinking. That part is a musical expression of that, and it's aptly followed by 10 shots.

I love that someone is doing some reaction to Sage, but I found it pretty disapointing that no one commented on the lyrics or thesis of the song. The criticism of the mixing is valid but to ignore the message of the song does it a disservice.
