I had trouble with eating the yoke during this time

Did you ever feel different? Because I feel the same way. I am 2 weeks post op and I can drink anything as much as I want and it worries me that I am able to do that.

@@jessyluevano997 I did and do feel different yes, however I can't drink as much as I want, I get full fast, but I haven't had any negative reactions to foods or drinks. My dietician said that's great. Some people get nauseous, acid reflux etc. inspite of everything I'm still sticking to my diet. How are you feeling now?

@peacefulsoundsandnature4152 still very good I am eating food and still everything is great. I am sticking to my portion. My doctor said that it great that I do not have any issues. My friend who also had the surgery said that she only felt sick if she ate too much. But as long as she eats small portions, she can eat everything. How about you?

@@jessyluevano997 same as me I will be 5 wks post op on Monday and I feel great, eating 4oz or less I still can get used to the drinking 30mins before/ after a meal yet. But I do 15 mins after and feel ok. I don't play about my protein intake though. Congratulations and good luck on your journey, some days are better than others. I'm just waiting on clearance to finally work out at the gym. I'm super excited for that next step.

I used the bariatric calorie counting app that I used during the process before the surgery.

This was such a kind thing to see. I appreciate you and wish you all the luck. Definitely getting pregnant 7months post op was the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But I’m getting there! ♥️

@@bossladyliz1483 Did you go thru a period of felling tired & run down & if so, when did you start to feel better? I just want to feel normal again 😆 🤣

@@christys3241 I would say I was tired and run down for not long. But double check to make sure your blood labs are good. I can’t remember when they check them, but make sure you’re also taking your vitamins and eating/drinking lots of protein!!

I’m holding on to the bigger picture AND 1 day post-op no longer need insuline🤯🥳 So yeah I’m keeping my eye on the prize and will continue to watch your uploads about vsg and life❤️🥰🥂👍So incredible when I watch your first videos and till now and the major thing is you don’t have that starving look ( you know what I mean what most gbp patients have ) you just look healthy and happy. Not like suddenly hagged I have seen that a lot with others but mostly when people do the bypass idk why maybe because the malabsorption that’s worse with it. So yeah I’m staying positive and praying that all will go well for all of us on our journeys
