Thank you for your comment! The triangular area you mentioned contains the plumbing for the washer and the main shut-off valve. If you take a closer look at the scene in the utility room, you'll notice an access panel located under the washer outlet. Beyond that, there isn’t anything else behind that area. If it's cost 100k in some locations and 110k in other location, then you will say it's about 110k plus or minus....... The person who will pay 110k absolutely can pay 100k.......
