The tendency seems to be Avoidant Attachment style. That's what led me to HD a couple days ago. Is it a relief knowing this? I feel like 'the Dude Lebowski' is who I'm meant to be, but somehow GI Joe was drug out of me by the world. I'm resting now and trying to deprogram.

Reflectors are the most sensitive to disease when they have no reflective power. To have all the centers empty must be the most difficult way to be. I just lost a beautiful friend to cancer that was without an origine. It was the most devastating thing I have ever seen. She was a reflector.

Just wanted to thank you to help me understand me. I recently went through a burnout and shut my business down amd spending some time for me to decompress and I'm learning to just breath and you talking about boundaries and waiting for the invite has how I've lived my life. I've always wondered why people did not see what or how I see things and it iis very frustrating sometimes. Now I can better understand our differences. It's truly refreshing to learn about human design. I just looked up mine tonight and learned I'm a projector. Makes complete since. I hope my "pause" will help me realine with myself and have a positive next step to help me grow at being me.

This is beautiful Tyra. Congratulations on taking this pause so you can re-align with your truth. It is such a different way of living life especially since 70% the population are generators. And yet, it feels the most natural when you realize this is how you were designed. It has been really helpful for me to allow myself to be seen and open to opportunities without forcing myself in those places. Then, I think back to the moments when I have felt most successful and I was intuitively falling into those patterns. Excited to hear what is to come for you!

Hi Diana! You can find more about these in her book "Renegade Beauty". It is a great resource! As an Ayurvedic Practitioner, I love coconut cult as a yogurt probiotic. I've tried ever high end capsule brand and have found that the yogurt works the best. I use Pact brand for cotton underwear. For premature greys, it is a bit more involved in order to find the root of where the imbalance is taking place. Ayurveda aims to remove this cause first and then create a specialized diet, lifestyle and herb plan to heal. If Ayurveda calls to you, I would start by looking into a Pitta pacifying diet + lifestyle. I have resource for this if you are looking for more <3. Happy healing!

Do you already stop eating all kind of meat consciously? If you did it then you are almost ready to ascend if you still believing about it like that doesn't matter then, you will never ever be allowed to ascend into a higher dimensional plane of reality existence. THAT'S A MUST TO DO doesn't matter if our believe or not believe that's a Universal Law :respect for all living creatures.
