Your videos are awesome and informative but I have noticed that your videos are not getting enough views due to lack of SEO optimization and your videos are not ranking. We did the mole mitigation and now have no idea what to do next. Last week in the mail, got a letter from Hillsborough County Engineering dept. that went on and on about permitting. I've read it 5-6 times and still not sure what to do. Tomorrow I'll be going to the main Hillsborough county building in Tampa to ask a bunch of questions about this and the permitting. Trying to find out as much as I can about this. The assessed value on our house seems to be low. Think I'll have an appraisal done to compare figures. Thanks

An average house in Tampa Bay went from 250 grand in 2019 to 400 something grand this year. This has priced out a lot of young/younger people who were born in Tampa from ever owning a home there. I’m not entirely sure how a janitor or a barista can afford to live in the city either. I’m all about making a buck. But, just how much about 1/3 of someone’s income can they spend on housing/rent? I just don’t think looking at average and median incomes that this is sustainable.
