In addition, there is a commonly held perception (rightly or wrongly) that Jacob Zuma's economic policies are pro poor. That’s just one example. If someone does not know, let alone understand, these simple and commonly understood facts about the perceptions of his supporters then they stand very little chance of understanding Jacob Zuma as a political force in KwaZulu Natal and South Africa more generally.

I am happy to be a 27 year old first time voter and to have participated in this historical election. Seeing the ANCs arrogance not only challenged but humbled, incredible. Only one of the parties that I know of had a woman in the lead position, and some parties (MK if I am not mistaken) campaigning on teenage girls to be sent to Robbin Island. How does the spread of women representation in parliament look? And what would it take for woman to politically have some power, 30 years into democracy?

He was sacrificed by the DA because of he's lack of consistency. But he's right by parties must come togather to form one entity.
