I think T required is suppose to be minus corrosion allowance? and not including corrosion allowance as in your video? T required is different from T nominal. then u add c.a to t required for remaining life

Hi, Great job. But I have a little problem with your interpretation of PWHT UCS 56.1. The code says, "minimum holding time for 1in thickness or less, add 15min per thicknesses above 1in". But in your examples, you added 15min for the entire thickness.

Dear Mr. Samir thank you so much for this awesome class. As per BOK of API the minimum thickness formula from ASME B31.3 is also mentioned. So during the exam, which formula should be used to calculate MAWP? Barlow or ASME B31.3 formula? If we will use Barlow, why BOK is specifying ASME B31.3 formula as well.

Thank you for this awesome work. Question no.4 towards the end is not correct. Structural required thickness 0.11 in. is the driving thickness hence should be used calculating R.L. instead of thickness required for internal pressure.

@20:01 55 Celcius equals to 131 Fahrenheit not 100. Therefore the answer of the example is around 4.5 reduction. Thanks for the video.

Salam. On your summary you mentioned affected materials and included 300 series SS, however that is true for Caustic SCC not Caustic corrosion. Moreover, this contradicts your point in the begin of the video. Please correct this. جَزاكَ اللهُ خَيْراً
