Thank you Emily. I was looking for a straightforward intro to Salesforce, sans dudes. (I've had my fill of dudes) It's unfortunate that Salesforce is a complication, rather than a simplifier. I'm a pure salesperson, and native CRM user going back to Act! and Maximizer. I have no desire beyond making money*, and being a user. Love your approach. * Lots of money.

Thanks! The more I work in salesforce it seems that it's mostly marketed to executives who aren't using it. So it is complicated and really hard to understand (unnecessarily). Happy to help it make more sense!

Hi, thanks for sharing your experience on this. I want to ask something, but let me give you some context. I used to work with SF a few years ago, my interaction with this platform was as a tester and for a period of 1 year, currently Im working as a BA and I want to move to SF products but I believe I do need more context on Salesforce, I mean more than BA stuff, so do you think this certification is enough to learn about the platform or is it better to study other?

I am getting an error of: "We cannot assign tasks to External Users" We historically have not used Queues for Tasks - but we use Queues for Leads & Cases, and I've not experienced this error before. Any advice? Thank you

hello, are the retakes free or the only first attempt is free? because when i went for the practise trail head i saw the first attempt for the particular credential is free

You probably already found the answer but only first take is free. Retakes will be $50. After December 31, 2024 then the first take will be $75. This is for AI Associate cert. AI Specialist is similar but I think the initial will be inline with other non-associate certs pricing.

I just passed mine a week ago! I was laughing because I saw y’all’s email come through with the new course. Anyways I passed. I did use y’all’s Salesforce Associate Course which helped a lot. Thanks for all of y’all’s courses and videos. For this Marketing Associate I have about 4 years of Marketing Cloud experience with my job(s). You’re correct I wish they offered the MC org available to test even if it was limited. For newbies or someone who has never used MC I could imagine being very hard.
