It is a very curious strategy to slowly duplicate your existing products into rebadged and more expensive ones. The only way it would make sense, to me, is if they were padding out the lower/entry tier of tools. Once that was complete they could suddenly release the full potential versions all at once. Although that sounds more cope than hope...
