You’ve done really well, I’ve had 26kilos loss at nearly 6 months. I thought I’d be super skinny at this point 😅😅 I’m so glad I didn’t give away my clothes and very grateful for the weight I’ve already lost. I couldn’t have done it with out VSG :)

When I searched Google for bariatric surgery vloging I was shocked to find you! I was a "Mrs Crespo" raising 2 girls in California. Unfortunately I had to depart from Mr Crespo and raised these beautiful girls on my own. After they left home and married I retired to be my father's caregiver in Hawaii. I've tried every diet I could find that looked healthy. Now at 309 lbs I am looking to have WLS. How did it go for you, if I might ask?

Wow that is funny. It took longer than I expected to get the actual surgery (had to switch surgeons and then COVID hit) but I did get the surgery about 2 months ago(October 27). I am currently down almost 50lbs. I will say this is a tool there are lots of “rules” to follow but so so so worth it! Hope that helps!
