Heh, managed to beat this myself around now by finding out a strategy similar to this after playing a few rounds. Boy how I wanted to beat that Level 5 CPU back when Tetris DS was active, well at least I still have the game when I wanted to fulfill my wish around now.

lol lvl 5 aint hard, like 10 minutes a go i won 6 out of 7 against a lvl 5 an there are tons of players better than me.
